How does the booking process work?
Once availability has been checked and you confirm the booking, you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice is valid for 48 hours, and the accommodation is reserved for you. The invoice amount must be paid within 48 hours to secure the booking and book the accommodation for the desired dates.
If the payment is not received within 48 hours, the accommodation will be available again to everyone, and we can no longer guarantee its availability. In this case, please submit a new request to check availability. We will then issue you a new invoice.
The booking is only considered confirmed after receipt of payment. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 2-3 business days.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
Please ensure that the names exactly match the information on your identification document (national identity card or passport).
Once you're on vacation, you can rest assured that we'll take care of you. We work with selected local partners with whom we stay in constant contact to ensure your vacation runs smoothly.
How can I pay?
For security reasons, we only accept bank transfers. Cash, credit cards, checks, or bank drafts are not accepted.
Please refer to the payment instructions on the invoice.
Can I pay in cash at check-in?
We do not accept cash payments upon check-in.
To confirm your reservation for the selected dates, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
What is the total cost of a booking?
Payment is as follows:
- Number of nights booked x price according to the selected travel dates
- Security deposit*
We have no hidden costs. There are no booking processing fees. Prices are non-negotiable.
* The security deposit is €500 and is included in the invoice we issue. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer upon check-out.
Can I cancel a booking before my arrival?
We strive to offer our guests a flexible cancellation policy.
All bookings can be canceled prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, we are entitled to compensation.
Refund requests will be processed within 24 hours, and the refundable amount will be transferred via bank transfer within 72 hours. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).
Can I change the dates of a booking?
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to rebook your reservation at any time (within the available dates).
How do I inform you about my specific requirements?
If you have any special requests, such as champagne and flowers upon arrival, a well-stocked wardrobe with basic groceries, or a yacht for the day, just let us know before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
The more personalized we can make your vacation, the better!
What additional services do you offer and how much do they cost?
We offer the following additional services:
- Yacht rental
- Private chef
- Birthday party
- Other special requests (rental car, tickets, club reservations, etc.)
These additional services are optional and the costs will be communicated upon arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, for animal lovers, pets are not allowed on the property.
